Hybrid machine systems incorporate fixed work transfer modules with interconnecting conveyors. Swanson AGILEWALKS use the same AGILECELLS as for all other configurations and layouts. AGILEWALKS can be tooled on one or both sides with the same or different timing: ideal for combining high speed assembly with long duration test cycles.
As in all configurations, tool mounting is identical, utilizing intermediate AGILEPADS for quick, simple, non-invasive mounting to the AGILECELLS. Robotic, cam driven, or independent cycle-on-demand tooling means are equally applicable.
